Since 2003, 8 Thomas Street has been home to Trof, a Northern Quarter staple and a place that feels as though it’s always been here. Now we’re entering our next chapter, rooted in our history, but looking forward and growing up a bit.

Step inside and you’ll find a proper British pub! Our ground floor is relaxed and lively- good beer pouring, bar snacks made fresh, and beaming smiles. It’s the kind of place you come for one and stay for three.

Head upstairs to the Dining Room, a cosy, open space filled with conversation and the clink of glasses. The menu shifts with the seasons, built around high-quality, locally sourced produce and thoughtful cooking. You’ll also find a carefully chosen list of European wines and well-made classic cocktails.

The top floor is home to The Loft which is an elegant private dining space that plays host to supper clubs, celebrations and private parties. It’s where good nights turn into great stories.
